All cream, ice cream, butter, cheese or other product produced in places named herein shall be pure, wholesome and not deleterious to health, and shall comply with the standards of purity, sanitation, and rules and regulations of the Board of Agriculture provided for in Gen. Stat. 106-253; and whole milk, sweet cream, ice cream mix, and other mixes shipped into this State from other states and used in the manufacture of frozen or semifrozen dairy products processed or sold in this State shall meet the same requirements and be subject to the same regulations and shall carry a tag or label showing name of product, name and address of processor and date of pasteurization.
