North Carolina General Statutes > Chapter 143 > Article 2B > § 143-47.9 - Subsistence, per diem compensation, and travel allowances conditioned on filing of notice

No person who has been appointed to any public office and has accepted that appointment shall be entitled to receive subsistence, per diem compensation, or travel allowances unless and until compliance is made with the provisions of Gen. Stat. 143-47.7.
