North Carolina General Statutes > Chapter 143 > Article 3B > § 143-64.16 - Application of Part

The provisions of this Part shall not apply to municipalities or counties, nor to any agency or department of any municipality or county; provided, however, this Part shall apply to any board of a community college. Community college is defined in Gen. Stat. 115D-2(2).
