Nursing Home Neglect or Abuse

A notice of the reporting requirements imposed under this chapter, and of the penalty imposed for failure to report, shall be conspicuously posted on each floor of any facility required to be licensed under the provisions of chapter 17 of this title, chapter 17.4 of this title or chapter 24 of title 40.1.

A lien is declared, and shall exist, upon all the property of each public utility in default, for the payment of the fee prescribed, together with all penalties accruing under this part, which liens shall be superior to all other liens, except those for federal, state, county and municipal taxes.
