Current as of: 2009 Any applicant for life insurance with any company organized or doing business within this state shall be provided, upon request, any and all medical reports by a physician or other medical personnel that were performed at the request or the direction of that company. These reports shall only be provided to a physician of the applicant's choice whether the applicant receives a rating or rejection from a company and the provisions of this section shall also apply to medical examinations performed pursuant to applications for an increase in insurance coverage. ________________________________________________________________________
