I FILED THE NOTICE OF INTENT, WHAT IS NEXT? how long of time do i have to file the complete medical malpractice suit/compliant and summons forms at the clerks office? Is it 90-120 days or do i have to wait to hear what the judge has to say? am very confused. i filed on the 17th oct 2012, please e-mail me quickly and advise me, as what to expext and what to do next? will i be conractd by the judge's court clerk on the issue, since i received the sherriff's reply that notice of intent has been served? what's next? please please please help, I'm no attorney here, just a disabled vet, damaged by a vamc 100% by Dr's statements etc
