Teacher Qualification and Certification 

South Dakota Laws > Title 13 > Chapter 42 > § 13-42-7 - Refusal of certificate on grounds giving cause for revocation

The secretary of the Department of Education shall have the power and authority to refuse to issue or renew a certificate at any time for any of the reasons which would have caused it to be revoked.
