Wages earned by an offender while in a residential adult community corrections facility shall be retained and accounted for by the program operator and shall be disbursed in the manner and order specified in § 24-11A-19 unless otherwise ordered by the sentencing court. If the placement of an offender to an adult community corrections facility is repealed, any remaining funds paid to the offender shall be forwarded to the court, the institution to which sentenced, or as directed by the court.
