The Department of Health shall maintain a registry of all cases of agricultural injury, illness, or poisoning reported pursuant to § 34-1-31. The department shall compile statistical data on the cases and shall make summaries of the data available to state and federal agencies and to the public for purposes of public education and promotion of agricultural safety and health. The data shall be provided in a manner that does not violate the right to privacy of any affected person.
