The Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse may coordinate its activities and cooperate with other alcohol and drug prevention and treatment programs in this and other states. The division may make contracts and other joint or cooperative arrangements with state, local, or private agencies in this and other states for prevention services, treatment services, including detoxification services, and for the common advancement of prevention programs as well as alcohol and drug abuse treatment programs.
