South Dakota Laws > Title 58 > Chapter 16 > § 58-16-44 - Insurers to pay interest on life insurance proceeds
Current as of: 2010 Any insurer admitted to transact life insurance in this state shall pay interest on proceeds of, or payments under, any individual or group policy of life insurance which are payable to any beneficiary under a policy issued for delivery in this state.
