Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) 

South Dakota Laws > Title 58 > Chapter 41 > § 58-41-76 - Examination report from another state

In lieu of examination under §§ 58-41-68 to 58-41-72, inclusive, the director or secretary may accept the report of an examination made by the director or secretary of another state.
