I worked 4this company for 5to6yrs I bought sum wheels 4 my car at wholesale w/permision "no contract" when I quit they own me a paycheck "1, 500" wen I went to pick it up he said that I own 1, 500 $ for the wheels I had bought cus there was intrest that was never mention wen I bought them"there's no paper or contract on that. He"the man"that runs the company done this b-4 to other people. THKS

Mr. Rojo,

An employer cannot deduct arbitrary amounts from a paycheck based on fictional loan agreements. Let the employer know that if you aren't paid what is owed you will submit a wage claim with the Texas Workforce Commission. He may be subjected to a $1,000 penalty if you have to go that route.
