It is the public policy of the state that integrated special education services are recognized as an essential responsibility of the educational system that benefits all students and contribute to the good of the state. This section and section 2974 of this title recognize that best practices in delivery of such services promote this policy. (Added 2007, No. 82, ยง 26.)
