Current as of: 2008 Sessions § 55-79.30. Enjoining violations. Whenever the Board believes from satisfactory evidence that any person has violated any of the provisions of §§ 55-79.16 to 55-79.29, or the rules and regulations of the Board made pursuant thereto, it may conduct an investigation on such matter, and bring an action in the name of the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia in any court of competent jurisdiction against such person to enjoin such person from continuing such violation or engaging therein or doing any act or acts in furtherance thereof.
