Every small employer insurer shall annually publish the small employer insurer's current new business premium rates. The rates shall be published in the manner and according to categories required by rule under s. 635.05 (7). New business premium rates for coverage under the health care coverage program under subch. X of ch. 40 shall be published as required under s. 40.98 (2) (d).
