I am involved with a small group of individuals who want to start a Non Profit Association for religious purposes. A Non Profit Corporation has Articles of Incorporation, By Laws and a Board of Directors who control and manage the corporation.

How do this work for a Non Profit Association? Who governs it? How are governing members added, removed, replaced?
