Before being licensed to sell school textbooks in this state, the publisher thereof shall file with the state board of education a sworn statement, showing the ownership of the publishing house, with the interest, names and addresses of the owners, and specifically stating whether or not the publisher, or the owner of any interest or shares in the publishing house, is the owner of any interest or shares in any other publishing house, and if so, giving the name and address thereof.
