Nebraska Statutes > Chapter 28 > § 28-355 - Denial of essential services, defined

Denial of essential services shall mean that essential services are denied or neglected to such an extent that there is actual physical injury to a vulnerable adult or imminent danger of the vulnerable adult suffering physical injury or death.
