Current as of: 2009 All notices required to be given by an employee to an employer under the provisions of §§ 28-29-17 – 28-29-19 and of §§ 28-33-30 – 28-33-32, and all other notices required to be given to an employer by an employee under chapters 29 – 38 of this title, if the employer is the state, shall be given to the department of administration, and if the employer is a city or town shall be filed with and given to the treasurer of that city or town. ________________________________________________________________________

Current as of: 2010 The employees of the authority are eligible for membership in the Tennessee consolidated retirement system pursuant to the provisions of title 8, chapter 35, part 2, and the board shall provide the necessary contributions to the Tennessee consolidated retirement system for its employees. This section does not preclude the board from contracting with individuals for their personal services under a contract of limited duration and not including retirement benefits to such individuals.
