New Hampshire Revised Statutes > Title XXXVII > Chapter 408 > § 408:42 - Registration RequiredCurrent as of: 2009 No salesman or agent shall in this state, in behalf of any insurance corporation authorized to issue variable contracts, sell, offer for sale, or invite offers for or inquiries about variable contracts unless registered as a salesman or agent of such insurance corporation under the provisions of this chapter. As a condition to such registration the commissioner can require that a salesman or agent pass a written examination.
