§ 33200The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy is hereby~
§ 33200.1Three Members of the Senate, appointed by the Senate~
§ 33200.5Notwithstanding any other provision of law, placement of~
§ 33201The State Coastal Conservancy, pursuant to Division 21~
§ 33202The conservancy may apply for grants from any source to be~
§ 33203The conservancy may acquire, pursuant to subdivision (e) of~
§ 33203.1Notwithstanding Section 33203 or any other provision of~
§ 33203.5Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, the~
§ 33204The conservancy may, in accordance with the priorities of~
§ 33204.2The conservancy may award grants to nonprofit~
§ 33204.3The Legislature finds and declares all of the~

§ 33204.5The conservancy shall conduct a study and implement a~
