California Codes > California Business and Professions Code > Division 2 > Chapter 5.6 > § 2570.23

  Any person who violates Section 2570.3 is guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine
of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by imprisonment
of not more than one year in a county jail, or by both that fine and
imprisonment.
