Any certified law enforcement officer may without warrant or process take, seize and destroy any net, seine, snare, device, or contrivance used or maintained for the purpose of illegally catching, taking, killing, attracting, or deceiving any wild animal or fish. No liability is incurred by any certified law enforcement officer acting pursuant to this section.
