Subdivision 1.Scope.
For the purposes of sections 193.141 to 193.149, the terms defined in this section have the meanings ascribed to them.
Subd. 2.Municipality.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

“Municipality” includes cities.
Subd. 3.Corporation.
“Corporation” means the Minnesota State Armory Building Commission created as a corporation by section 193.142, subdivision 1.
Subd. 4.Armory.
“Armory” means a building, vehicle storage compound, organizational maintenance shop, or other facility permanently used by the National Guard for the storage and maintenance of arms and military equipment, and the training of National Guard personnel.
