The Board of Directors says that only unit owners listed on the unit DEED can stand for board election. But the condo docs don’t say that — in fact they refer to “unit owners” without saying anything about “deeds” or any other method of ownership and the only limititation in the docs to unit
owners is for officers of the association (not board members). CAN A WIFE LIVING IN THE UNIT WITH HER HUSBAND BE A BOARD MEMBER, ALTHO ONLY THE HUSBAND’S NAME IS ON THE DEED?
