  • Let me clarify that nobody was hurt but the idea that someone could of been is tearing him up.

    Read thet statute he was charged with. It is my understanding that there has to be some “intent” to do harm to be charged with this law.

    OK. I just read it. I don’t see anything about “intent” but charging someone with a felony for an accidental discharge seems a bit much. Most cities have ordinances against discharging a firearm in the city limits. If you live within a city you may be able to have it reduced to this.
