Can a person be convicted when there is not one shred of physical evidence nor anyone hear or see. It happened in a coeddorm. She was seen leaving happily and was only alone for 2?min. The roommate saw her laughing leaving with yer roommate. 2 hours later she files charged with no evidence. He’s not even questioned just thrown in jail. He has no priors of any form of violence. Ironically this happened with her ex too. Nowv5 months later she’s adding charges and they’re offering a plea of 2 years. He is innocent what does he do? Jenn
