    Under 209.006(g), it appears that time and an opportunity to cure are not required in a notice for an uncurable violation. My question is how does that work? Does the HOA send a notice and fine at the same time? The owner cannot do anything to cure (and avoid the fine) since that part would be omitted from the notice.

    I am not sure how this part of the statute works. Thoughts? Anyone want to share their process?
