Connecticut
means any offense, as defined in &sect Connecticut General Statutes 14-1
Florida
means any offense under state or federal law that is punishable by death or by a term of imprisonment exceeding 1 year Florida Statutes 322.01
Hawaii
means a crime as defined in section 701-107(2) Hawaii Revised Statutes 612-3
Iowa
means any offense punishable in the jurisdiction where it occurred by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, but does not include any offense, other than an offense involving a firearm or explosive, classified as a misdemeanor under the laws of the state and punishable by a term of imprisonment of two years or less Iowa Code 724.25
Kentucky
means a criminal act as defined by any jurisdiction or by definition under federal law Kentucky Statutes 321.181
Michigan
means a violation of a penal law of this state for which the offender may be punished by imprisonment for more than 1 year or an offense expressly designated by law as a felony Michigan Laws 338.41
means a violation of a penal law of this state for which the offender may be punished by imprisonment for more than 1 year or an offense expressly designated by law to be a felony Michigan Laws 28.172, Michigan Laws 28.241a
