- membership stock: means a class of stock, continuous ownership of which is required for membership in a cooperative. See Alaska Statutes 10.15.595
Alaska Stat. § 10.06.420 relating to voting of shares in business corporations applies to shareholders of cooperatives and shares of the capital stock of cooperatives other than membership stock.
