Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 15.05.012
- house district: means one of the districts described in art. See Alaska Statutes 15.80.010
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person who is otherwise qualified under Alaska Stat. § 15.05.010 but who has not been a resident of the house district in which the person seeks to vote for at least 30 days preceding the date of a presidential election is entitled to register and vote for presidential and vice-presidential candidates.
