- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
This chapter does not apply to a person who is authorized under another law to administer epinephrine or to a person who is prescribed epinephrine for personal use.
