The group life insurance policy must contain a provision that the insurer will issue to the policyholder for delivery to each person insured an individual certificate listing the insurance protection to which the insured is entitled, to whom the insurance benefits are payable, and the rights and conditions set out in Alaska Stat. § 21.48.180 – 21.48.200.
