Each person issued a license pursuant to this chapter shall:
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-4407
- Director: means the director of the department of transportation. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
1. Include business hours on each renewal application.
2. Provide written notice of any change in business hours to the director at least ten days before the change to the hours.
