A. Witnesses shall receive the same compensation for travel and attendance, and the same exemptions in going, remaining and returning as witnesses in civil proceedings conducted in the superior court.

  • Impeachment: (1) The process of calling something into question, as in "impeaching the testimony of a witness." (2) The constitutional process whereby the House of Representatives may "impeach" (accuse of misconduct) high officers of the federal government for trial in the Senate.
  • Process: means a citation, writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See Arizona Laws 1-215

B. Officers executing the process and orders of the court of impeachment shall receive the fees allowed sheriffs for like service in the superior court.
