Within 10 days after the beginning of each month, the board shall report to the State Controller the amount and source of all collections made under this chapter. At the same time, all amounts shall be paid into the State Treasury, where they shall be placed to the credit of the Board of Registered Nursing Fund and to the Registered Nurse Education Fund, as specified in § 128400 of the Health and Safety Code.
