- Baseline: Projection of the receipts, outlays, and other budget amounts that would ensue in the future without any change in existing policy. Baseline projections are used to gauge the extent to which proposed legislation, if enacted into law, would alter current spending and revenue levels.
- landowner: means either the person or persons owning the land or the person or persons owning the timber. See California Public Resources Code 4598.3
- PTEIR: means a program timberland environmental impact report prepared pursuant to this article and Article 6. See California Public Resources Code 4598.3
