As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(a) “Board” means the State Public Works Board.

- Board: means the State Public Works Board. See California Public Resources Code 5080.02
- Commission: means the State Park and Recreation Commission. See California Public Resources Code 5080.02
(b) “Commission” means the State Park and Recreation Commission.
(c) “Contract” means a contract for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a concession.
