Not later than October 1, 2005, the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the Energy Conservation Management Board, established in § 16-245m, shall establish links on their Internet web sites to the Energy Star program or successor program that promotes energy efficiency and each electric distribution company shall establish a link under its conservation programs on its Internet web site to the Energy Star program or such successor program.
