The Commissioner of Public Health, within ten working days, shall furnish the Commissioner of Social Services a written report of any action taken pursuant to sections 19a-524 to 19a-527, inclusive, on any report or complaint referred to the Commissioner of Public Health in accordance with the provisions of § 17a-413.

- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Public Health or the commissioner's designee. See Connecticut General Statutes 19a-490
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
