Connecticut General Statutes 20-14n – Disciplinary action for purchasing for resale, selling, offering for sale or delivering in any manner a counterfeit drug or device

Any prescribing practitioner, as defined in § 20-14c, who violates the provisions of subsection (b) of § 21a-90 shall be subject to disciplinary action pursuant to § 19a-17.
