A rental agreement shall not permit the receipt of rent for any period during which the owner has failed to comply with the provisions of subdivisions (1) to (13), inclusive, of subsection (a) of § 21-82, and such failure materially affects the health and safety of the residents or materially affects habitability.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 21-83c
- Owner: means a licensee or permittee or any person who owns, operates or maintains a mobile manufactured home park. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
- Rent: means all periodic payments to be made to the owner under the rental agreement. See Connecticut General Statutes 21-64
