Connecticut General Statutes 22-380l – Surcharge on licensure of unspayed or unneutered dogs

For each license issued pursuant to § 22-338 for an unspayed or unneutered dog, the town clerk shall collect a surcharge of six dollars which shall be deposited by such clerk into the animal population control account established pursuant to § 22-380g.
