No person who is declared, under any provision of the general statutes or the regulations of Connecticut state agencies, to be an unsuitable person to hold a permit to sell alcoholic liquor shall be allowed to have a financial interest in any business that is permitted to sell alcoholic liquor under any provision of the general statutes or the regulations of Connecticut state agencies. Except as provided in § 30-90a, no minor shall be employed in handling any alcoholic liquor upon, delivering any alcoholic liquor to or carrying or conveying any alcoholic liquor from any permit premises.
