(a) The executive committee, if one is appointed by the governing board, shall consist of an odd number of not less than three directors of the Connecticut credit union.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 36a-450a
- Connecticut credit union: means a cooperative, nonprofit financial institution that (A) is organized under chapter 667 and the membership of which is limited as provided in §. See Connecticut General Statutes 36a-2
- Governing board: means the group of persons vested with the management of the affairs of a financial institution irrespective of the name by which such group is designated. See Connecticut General Statutes 36a-2
(b) The executive committee shall meet in accordance with § 36a-449a, and as often as necessary and shall act for the governing board between meetings of the governing board, in all other matters except for approval of policies, subject to such conditions and limitations as prescribed by the governing board.
(c) The executive committee shall keep complete minutes of all of its actions, copies of which shall be submitted to the governing board at its next meeting.
