(1) The Asbestos Contractors Examination shall include questions and problems normally connected with the basic fundamentals of asbestos abatement procedures and the business knowledge related thereto. The examination will be in two sections, and the topics which will be covered and the weight for each are as follows:

    BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE PORTION

    1. Maintaining Cash Flow (4%)

    B. Check bid specification completeness

    C. Negotiate and interpret contracts and agreements with subcontractors

    D. Negotiate and interpret contracts and agreements with asbestos consultant

    E. Negotiate and interpret contracts and agreements with suppliers

    4. Processing Change Orders (8%)

    A. Process change orders

    B. Negotiate and interpret change order agreements

    5. Purchasing Control (4%)

    A. Maintain records by job

    6. Scheduling contracts (10%)
