(1) For purposes of board member compensation under Florida Statutes § 456.011(4), “”other business involving the board”” is defined to include:
(a) Noticed meetings of the Board;
(b) Meetings of committees or workshops of the Board;
(c) Meetings of a Board member with Department staff or contractors of the Department at the Board’s or Department’s request;
(d) Travel days to or from any meeting referenced herein.
(2) Any participation or meeting of members noticed or unnoticed shall be filed at the Board office.
