Terms Used In Florida Statutes 322.273
- Department: means the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles acting directly or through its duly authorized representatives. See Florida Statutes 322.01
The penalty for violation of the terms or conditions of a license so restricted by the department shall be the same as the penalty for driving while such license is revoked, canceled or suspended.
