Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-1211

  • Administrator of the state procurement office: means the chief procurement officer for the governmental bodies of the executive branch of the State, other than the University of Hawaii, department of education, the several counties, and those governmental bodies administratively attached thereto. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-1201
  • Procurement: means buying, purchasing, renting, leasing, or otherwise acquiring any good, service, or construction. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-104

The administrator of the state procurement office shall prepare and print a general form upon which the inventories required under §§ 103D-1206 and 103D-1207 shall be made, and before June 1 of each year, shall mail to each officer required under §§ 103D-1206 and 103D-1207 to file an annual inventory return, as many forms as necessary to enable the officer to make a proper return. The administrator of the state procurement office, at the same time, shall call to the attention of the officer, in writing, the requirements of this part.
